HIGGINSON PARK MARLOW
Higginson Park is the main park in the centre of Marlow just near the bridge. The park has a large children\’s playground, a great cafe, public toilets and a skate park which is open all year. There are many trees and large expanses of lawn with formal flowerbeds and a brick in grass maze, created by Adrian Fisher to mark the Millennium.
The frontage on to the River Thames has mooring for pleasure craft and boating for hire, as well as river cruises to Windsor and Henley.
In the summer months there are often events running, ranging from french markets to triathlons. A carousel ride is usually set up at weekends or every day through school holidays when it\’s dry.
Park run runs every Saturday at 9am.

Facilities: Great cafe providing eat in or takeaway service, extensive play area catering for small toddlers and larger kids, skate park, seats and park space for sitting along the river. Toilets and baby changing facilities.
Parking: The easiest place to park is Court Gardens Leisure Centre car park, although this can get very busy through the peak summer months. There is are also a car park on the Henley Road next to Cote Brassiere where you can walk down the alley way back to Court Gardens Leisure Centre and the park. The car parks in Marlow are pay and display, some machines accept cards, others cash only (or by phone).
