Group exercise is a fun way of training and keeping fit. When exercising within a group it’s good to have influence from other participants to offer support, encouragement and motivation. My bootcamps run in Higginson Park 4 morning’s a week and in Cookham 2 mornings a week. £6 per session. I welcome parent’s with their children.
A variety of daily workouts to include circuits, teamwork, boxing. All classes are indoors and children are welcome. The ‘community’ aspect of the classes is just as important as the training itself. https://www.mindbodyfit.co.uk/
