It’s sometimes hard as a parent of a young child to get time off to get fit. Thankfully things are changing and there are more classes than ever where you can take your little one along with you. Here’s a run down of some of the local options.

Circuits and Bootcamps

Our camps are mixed male and female and range in fitness levels across 45 minutes. These run at Longridge activity centre at the same time as Little Aces Tennis on a Friday at 9:45am. Sweaty Mama | Marlow

Sweaty Mama is the unique and effective way to workout whilst bonding with your little one. A mixture of cardio and muscular strengthening exercises to help build up your fitness gradually.
