It’s sometimes hard as a parent of a young child to get time off to get fit. Thankfully things are changing and there are more classes than ever where you can take your little one along with you. Here’s a run down of some of the local options.

Rob’s Bootcamps | Marlow
Group exercise is a fun way of training and keeping fit. When exercising within a group it’s good to have influence from other participants to offer support, encouragement and motivation. My bootcamps run in Higginson Park 4 morning’s a week and in Cookham 2 mornings a week. £6 per session. I welcome parent’s with their children.
