It’s sometimes hard as a parent of young children to get time off to get fit. Thankfully there are lots of local fitness classes and many of them welcome you to bring your child along. Here’s a run down of some of the local options.

The team at Fitworks training run a variety of classes in various nearby locations and online. They also run a BuggyFit class for mums with young children who want to get active.
JacJam Fitness | High Wycombe
JacJam offers upbeat group exercise classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness and are Pre and Post Natal Safe. There are specific ‘Family Jam’ classes that children are welcome at but also other bootcamp style classes if you want some ‘me time’ away from the kids.
Sweaty Mama | High Wycombe
Sweaty Mama is the unique and effective way to workout whilst bonding with your little one. A mixture of cardio and muscular strengthening exercises to help build up your fitness gradually. In a safe and relaxed environment.
