Henley Skate Park

Henley skate park is a large concrete skate park tucked just behind the main town centre. It has its own large free car park so it’s really easy to rock up, chuck the kids out the car – then make yourself comfy on one of the benches which over looking the skate park (whilst the kids burn off some steam!)
Our boys loved the ‘mini bowls’ to whizz around and the variety of different obstacles to negotiate. At the time that we went, the skate park was very family friendly so no need to worry about any ‘dodgy going’s on’ or shady characters to avoid!
Once the kid’s have had their skating/scootering fill, you can hop across the grass field to the play area or trim trail. A great way to extend the trip or please any less eager ‘scooters” in the family.
NOTE: we didn’t notice any facilities at the park.
