Kick start your day with this smoothie bowl from nutritionist Sue Bedford


Why not kick start your day with a real antioxidant packed treat? A pink smoothie bowl packed full of nutrients and full of natural sweetness! Topped with blueberries, kiwi and seeds. Kids love these too!

Why not kick start your day with a real antioxidant packed treat? A pink smoothie bowl packed full of nutrients and full of natural sweetness! Topped with blueberries, kiwi and seeds. Kids love these too!

Ingredients:

1 Frozen Banana (optional)
1 handful of pre soaked oats
1 Handful of mixed seeds
I handful of strawberries and raspberries
2/3 cup (160ml) Almond, Soya or Coconut milk
1 cup (150g) Fresh blueberries/ blackberries/sliced kiwi and seeds to top.

Vary your toppings! Here are some ideas..

Fresh Raspberries
Pomegranate seeds
Chia Seeds
Fresh Blue berries
Shredded Coconut,
Kiwi
Mint Leaves
Dark Chocolate,
Mixed nuts and seeds

How to make:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Place into a bowl and sprinkle your chosen toppings over the surface and enjoy!
