This is one of my favourite places to go for afternoon tea! It’s beautiful and you have SO much food that doggie bags are pretty much handed to you before you start. This quintessentially English tradition will leave you feeling very well looked after, relaxed, and…FULL! Little Prince and Princesses are welcome too.
3. Three course meal for two with a sparkling cocktail at London’s Shaka Zulu Restaurant – £59
This funky South African restaurant in Camden is a must-visit. It’s huge, spanning two floors but more importantly, the food is lovely! You’ll enjoy a sparkly cocktail and a 3-course meal. Oh, and did I mention that the restaurant is blessed by the Zulu King himself?
4. Tipples and Treats for 2 at Mr Fogg’s Gin Parlour, Covent Garden – £59
If you love feeling like you’re travelling back in time, then look no further than this fabulous Victorian Gin Parlour, situated above Mr Fogg’s Tavern in Covent Garden. It really is a sight to behold and with two cocktails and a slice of cake to devour, I think this gift is a winner.
5. Wild Swimming, Breath work & Riverside Sauna – £60pp
Wow! This one really does sound appealing! A great way to introduce yourself into the power of wellness and wellbeing. This experience teaches you breath work, followed by a guided immersion or swim and ends with hot drinks and an eco-sauna. If nothing else, Mum will be feeling rejuvenated!
