Our post natal classes are all about making exercise accessible to you without the need for child care. It is an hour long class, that baby can come with. During this hour long class you will be guided through a combination of exercises which will, tone, strengthen and allow you to burn some calories along the way.
Although this is a group class, care is taken to make sure mums are exercising at their own level, with lots of different options given to mums who need a slower or faster approach.
